To launch National Refugee Week 2019 in Cheltenham, we're having a celebratory launch party!

Have you been curious about our work for a while? Or if you feel like meeting up and catching up, this is a great chance to have fun and conversation before our week of amazing events!

Join us 6.30-8.30pm at the Sober Parrot, a fabulous and atmospheric dry bar at the heart of Cheltenham serving delicious drinks and snacks. We'll be joined by Michael Zorek, whose father
was a Kindertransport refugee, and he’ll be sharing a few words on his experiences.

Entrance is free, but please buy drinks to support our venue. Donations to CWR are also greatly appreciated, and help us to carry out more work to support families coming to Cheltenham.
