Storytelling and Poetry at The Wilson

  • The Wilson Gallery 60 Clarence Street Cheltenham, England, GL50 3LE United Kingdom (map)

Returning for 2019 is our Storytelling and Poetry Night!

This was an incredible event last year, with amazing audience participation and a truly breath-taking atmosphere. We’re really excited to host this from 7 - 9pm at The Wilson Artspace.

We'll be joined by Malka al-Haddad, an incredible poet, academic, and defender of Human Rights! She'll be sharing poetry from her book 'Birds Without Sky: Poems from Exile', which she wrote as an asylum seeker newly-settled in the UK.

Snacks and hot drinks will be available to share - bring your stories and poetry too!

Entrance is free, but please buy feel free to buy gift items to help support our venue if you can. Donations to CWR are also greatly appreciated, and help us to carry out more work to support families coming to Cheltenham.
